The Macfox M16 takes a sharp, highly intentional turn away from the adult-sized scramblers in Macfox’s lineup (like the X7 and X1S) and shrinks the mini-moto formula down into a dedicated youth and teen-specific platform.

Instead of adapting an oversized adult frame for smaller riders, Macfox engineered the M16 from scratch for teenagers, campus students, and smaller adults. By pairing a shorter 56-inch total length with scaled-down 16-inch fat tires and a low 28.7-inch seat height, it delivers a highly stable, non-intimidating "twist-and-go" moped experience. It is designed to survive curb jumps, skatepark sessions, and daily middle- or high-school commutes.

• The Youth-Optimized Fit: Features a fixed, padded motorcycle bench seat set at just 28.7 inches off the ground (compared to the adult X1S's tall 33 inches). Macfox explicitly tailors this geometry to comfortably fit riders from 4'2" to 5'0".
• Power & Neighborhood Safe Speed: Driven by a 500W nominal rear hub motor that peaks out at 750W. • Front Suspension & Drivetrain: Combines a mechanical front suspension fork to cushion rough sidewalk transitions and potholes with a zero-maintenance single-speed mechanical drivetrain. With no physical shifters or delicate rear derailleurs to get bent or broken when the bike inevitably gets laid down, it remains incredibly durable.
• Brakes & Weight Metrics: Stopped predictably by front and rear cable-actuated mechanical disc brakes. Built around a heavily reinforced, high-strength carbon steel frame, the complete bike scales in at 65.7 pounds and supports a maximum rider weight limit of 220 pounds.
