It’s designed for adventurers who want a highly transportable, space-saving step-through bike that doesn’t back down from loose dirt, sand, or rough city pavement. Thanks to a sophisticated double-sided torque sensor, it completely avoids the delayed, jerky surge of typical folding e-bikes, providing an incredibly intuitive and athletic pedal-assist experience.
The Sinch 2.5 is powered by a 500W sustained rear hub motor that peaks at 1056W and produces 60Nm of torque. It houses a removable, top-loading 48.8V 14Ah (636.4Wh) UL-certified battery that cleanly integrates into the frame, delivering a maximum range of up to 55 miles. Operating as a Class 2 e-bike right out of the box, it reaches a 20 mph top speed via pedal assist or its left-hand thumb throttle, though it can be adjusted through the app to unlock up to 25 mph.
The mechanical upgrades are substantial, featuring Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors and a smooth Shimano Altus 8-speed drivetrain. For premium comfort, it combines an Aventon front coil suspension fork with lockout, a pogo-style suspension seatpost, and ultra-stable 20x4.0-inch Innova fat tires. The bike weighs 68 pounds, folds down to a compact footprint, and supports a 300-pound total payload (including an included 55-pound rated rear rack). It comes fully equipped with metal fenders, integrated lighting with active brake alerts, and a streamlined BC147 color side display with an integrated USB-C charging port.
